Normally most people are too exhausted to think about how to get more energy. Reliant upon coffee, alcohol and sugary foods for artificial boosts in the hope that they’ll forget how tired they are. Well, expend some energy, reach for this exercise and see if you can find some sneaky ways to put more energy into your waking hours.
